Rev. Kenneth D. Gooch

Pastor Ken currently serves as the Interim Pastor at Connelly Memorial Baptist Church.  Having been called to ministry in his late 20's, Pastor Ken came from the business world where he had started Advance Computer.  God's call to full time vocational ministry led him to pursue ministerial training at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Texas, where he also served as a Fort Worth Police Officer.  More recently he served as the first State Missions Director for the SBC of Virginia.  During those five years he put the Church Planting, Volunteer Missions and Disaster Relief Divisions into place and wrote the Database that the convention used to manage it's initial ministry.  Pastor Ken has a unique way of connecting Biblical truth to every day life.

Kim Gaking currently serves as the part time Music Director and Pianist for Connelly Memorial Baptist Church.  She is an accomlished musician who loves her ministry work with Connelly.  She has a music degree from Radford University here in the valley.

Ginger Glover has served the Lord as a church secretray since 1968.  She served 20 years at Tabernacle Baptist and will begin her 21st year with Connelly Memorial this coming year.  She has been married to Raymond (Buddy) for nearly 60 years and has two grown children.  She loves her work at Connelly and says, "I know that I am right where God wants!"
